all your requirements first, and answer any questions you may have. That way,
you can book with Senor Stag with total peace-of-mind. What you finally book
is what you get, with no surprises.
Even if you are not ready to book, please contact
us at anytime with questions you may have, and we will be happy to answer
them.

PROCEED TO BOOKING
Please input any other activities you´ve seen on the web-site (or your
own ideas) in the appropriate box, then press Send. This is obligation free
and no way commits you to book with Senor Stag.
PACKAGE CONFIRMATION E-MAIL
We aim to send you a package confirmation e-mail within 24 hours. If you´ve
requested a hotel, we´ll come back to you with details of our hotel search
results (normally within 48 hours as this takes a little longer).
We also send you your Personal Booking Form.
PERSONAL BOOKING FORM
To complete this, we will need the following details from you
- Your name, address and e-mail address.
- Contact telephone numbers
- Names of group members (if booking accommodation)
- Flight Details
- How you found Senor Stag (Search engine, friend, magazine article, etc)

The booking form will detail your package, and also have payment details. Payment
requirements depend on your package and how long you are booking in advance.
After agreeing to Senor Stag´s Terms
and Conditions (tick appropriate box), please send us the booking form.
We will then send you a booking confirmation on receipt of your booking form
and payment (if applicable).
PAYMENT TIMINGS
- Accommodation
We require a 25% deposit payment at the time of booking, the complete balance
being due 5 weeks before you arrive.
- Activities and tickets
A £50 deposit is required at the time of booking, the complete balance being
due 5 weeks before you arrive in Puerto Banus.
- Booking less than 5 weeks before arrival
We still accept bookings if you book less than 5 weeks before you arrive.
However, we expect prompt full payment to secure your booking.
HOW TO PAY
You can either pay by credit or debit card,
cheque or bank
transfer to GJR Events Abroad Limited, the UK Limited Company that operates SenorStag.com.
DEPOSIT RECEIPT
On receipt of your deposit payment, we will email you a full receipt and confirm your booking.
BALANCE PAYMENT
We will send you a balance payment reminder 6 weeks before you arrive, and expect to receive your payment 5 weeks before your arrival. Again, on receipt of your payment, we will email you a payment receipt and confirm that full payment has been received.
FINAL ARRANGEMENTS
In the week before you arrive, our suppliers confirm all timings with us. We
will contact you to confirm that everything is ready.
We encourage you to provide us with the mobile number of a mobile your group
will be taking to Barcelona. This is very useful for communications in Barcelona,
especially alarm calls to get you up in time for activity pick-ups from hotels.
